Hakuba Phoenix Cocoon Chalet is located in lower Wadano. Lower Wadano is a popular area of Hakuba, conveniently located between Central Wadano and Happo Village meaning nothing is far away when you stay at Hakuba Phoenix Cocoon Chalet! The Kokusai chairlift base at Happo One, where Evergreen International Ski School are located, is the closest ski lift, approximately 10 minutes walk from Hakuba Phoenix Cocoon Chalet. The Happo Information Centre is a hub for shuttles buses to all ski resorts in the Hakuba Valley, and is just a 7–10 minute walk away. There are also shuttle stops to some of the ski resorts in various locations throughout Lower Wadano and daily, time shuttle services to Hakuba ski fields are provided daily by the friendly Hakuba Phoenix Hotel concierge team (shuttles depart from the hotel, located 300m / 5 minutes away on foot). An excellent selection of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, convenience stores and Happo’s famous traditional onsen hot-springs in both Happo village and Wadano are all just a short stroll away from Phoenix Cocoon Chalet.

Phoenix guests will also receive complimentary scheduled shuttles to Happo Adam Gondola, Happo Kokusai, Goryu, Iwatake and the Happo Bus Terminal, daily supermarket shuttles, as well as shuttle service to and from Mimi’s, Sharaku I and Marillen Restaurants.
