The thought of booking our first family ski holiday in Japan felt hugely overwhelming but once I discovered Japan Ski Experience all the stress was taken away. Sarah and the team were so helpful in helping us find a chalet to suit our needs and budget and advised on everything from lessons (group & private),transfers, restaurants, ski hire, lift passes and everything in between. The whole trip could not have run more smoothly thanks to their organization and we will definitely be booking again next year!
Yukimi was located in amazing spot - near food, bars and the mountain. The team at Niseko Portfolio was super nice although they were hard to contact.

The entire process was effortless and took the pain out of organising the trip. Everything was smoothly booked and the entire trip went without a glitch. One suggestion is to help on restaurant reservations as finding a place to eat has become quite a problem during peak season.

This was our first time skiing in Japan, and Tarsha and the team offered great advice and service all round. Plus...the snow conditions were all-time!
