Booking through Japan Ski Experience made finding the most suitable accommodation for our family easy. I was able to specify our requirements and 'wish list' and accommodation that met this criteria were emailed to me to check out. We were extremely happy with our accommodation and would definitely use Japan Ski Experience again.

Seamless booking experience, great accommodations.

Very helpful team and good advice about where to go especially as it was our first visit to Japan. Great options provided for accommodation and obvious knowledge of where they all were and advantages of each. Communication always punctual and clear and booking and payment process clear.

Everything was perfect... Reservation seamless, check-in great and service throughout our stay was great... The actual villa recommendation was perfect for our group... Beautiful holiday... Sarah is highly recommended to organise your accommodation.

Ai, our booking co-ordinator at Japan Ski Experience, was outstanding. Her expert knowledge, outstanding customer service and patience didn't disappoint... The same applies this year during our current booking process. It's very reassuring to book through her... It was our first time in Japan and it was a fantastic experience. That is the reason we have come back this year and recommended her to people... The company itself offers a great portfolio of accommodation too.

Japan Ski Experience make booking a simple and straightforward task - from choosing accommodation, to being informed about transfers and other potential extras, to paying online and instantly. They provide good earlybird deals, and provided a 10,000JPY voucher for re-booking which was great!

The booking process and accommodation search was very well managed and everything went smoothly when we arrived in Japan. I feel like we were given great advice and recommendations and I would definitely use the service again.

Japan Ski Experience was very responsive every time I contacted them, very helpful in providing accommodation options and provided great support for booking add ons such as gear hire, lift passes and lessons.

It was a breeze booking and making payment our accommodation through Japan Ski Experience. We found it convenient that we could add ski lift passes and rental of ski/snowboard equipment together with our booking. Special call out to Ai Tomizawa who was extremely helpful and prompt in answering to our many inquiries!

Booking process was easy - just sent an email giving our dates and requirements and Japan Ski Experience came back with options which we were able to review and select the most suitable one and our accommodation was booked with a reply of their email. Because we had a young baby with us we needed extra items which were also easily arranged through email.

It was so easy to communicate with Japan ski experience, they answered every question I had! I also was so happy with our accommodation, it was very modern and clean ?

Personal service was excellent both whilst looking for accommodation and afterwards when it came to sorting out equipment hire, transport and lift passes.

Duncan, Ben, and all the crew at JSE were fantastic! The process couldn't be easier, you choose a location, provide dates and a budget, and they get back to you with a range of accommodation. Aside from flights, every aspect of the trip can be organised through them - once accommodation has been selected, you can add resort services such as transfers, lift passes, gear hire, etc. all through a central portal. The prices quoted are the same as if you were to book each thing individually yourself. Additionally, they'll pick you up from the welcome centre on arrival, and drop you off for your return transfer. While waiting for check-in to open, they took us to the rental shop to organise our equipment, and advised us on the general layout of the village + recommendations for food en route to the shop. Our lift tickets were waiting for us at check-in time. Absolutely the most hassle free ski trip booking process I've ever used, everyone at JSE are super helpful and friendly, and very responsive to queries via email, etc. 10/10 - will absolutely use again.

The Japan Ski Experience team are super stars! We have used them for 5+ Japan ski trips and all have been awesome. Pricing is competitive, accomodation quality is excellent and the service from the team is amazing. I ran into a few issues last year and they couldn't help me enough. Thanks so much and can't wait till next year!

The accommodation (Hana and Jo) was very good, knowing that ready support was available made for a relaxing time and the whole booking, arrival and departure process was problem free.

Amazing service finding the perfect accommodation for our first time to Japan skiing. Seamless booking for airport transfers, lift tickets and any other extras you need. The communication was excellent too despite time difference.

The consultants at Japan Ski Experience were excellent. Very polite and easy to deal with. Even better, they secured much cheaper prices for accommodation for us (at the same hotels) than the... travel consultant we had originally used. They were very knowledgeable about which resorts would suit us best and found us a perfect hotel that we would definitely stay at again. It was very seamless.

I’m used to booking my own holidays but didn’t have the language skills or local knowledge to navigate a Japan holiday. Japan Ski Experience made the whole process so easy, recommending a selection of accommodation options within my budget, arranging transport in both directions and having ski passes waiting for us at the hotel. I’ll be using Japan Ski Experience for all future trips. Highly recommended!
