Very well organised and responsive

My first choice is Maple Niseko, pity that it is not available. Then I chose AYA NISEKO. The process is smooth. The reminder is good

Good end to end service with no faults
Japan Ski made the whole process straight forward and efficient. I received communication from the same person throughout planning for the trip and their promptness, attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions in full cannot be faulted. My first trip to Japan, so lots of ‘silly’ questions and planning for a large group travelling from multiple countries but the whole process was made very simple. Accommodation requests were met and exceeded and our accomodation host was simply awesome. Great job Japan Ski Experience. Will definitely book and travel with you again.

I had a lot more confidence of having a smooth holiday once I started working with Japan Ski Experience. I know it is a bit more expensive, but it means I get knowledge from people on the ground. And the service was excellent. I will use JSE again!
Japan Ski Experience were very responsive to deal with and assisted us with everything we needed on our holiday. Our accommodation was sensational, check in was so easy, airport transfers were very comfortable and reliable, lift passes were provided at check in and all our ski gear was ready to go when we visited the hire shop. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely using them again on our next skiing adventure!
