From the very first moment we started communicated with Japan Ski, with Ben, we felt extremely well taken care of. He was attentive, patient with us, and promptly answered all of our questions. He was also very good at offering choices to us that would suit both us and our younger children for their first time skiing. We were given amazing accommodation, transfers, and impeccable service throughout out one week stay with Ski Japan in Grand Hirafu. There was a whatsapp number you could always get in touch with someone, and they would always help and reply promptly. They organized all of our transfers, ski lifts and gave us great recommendations for ski schools and equipment rentals. We are already looking forward to return next season and make this an annual trip with our family with Japan Ski! 10 out 10!

Excellent response to every question and changes we had prior to our departure. Nice summary of trip details provided 2 weeks prior to departure. Unit we had was beautiful and convient to slope and restaurants. All aspects of the trip from arrival in Sapporo to multiple bus/hotel transfers were seamless. We are already planning to book for next year and will definitely use Japan Ski Experience again.

Your service was so good and our accommodation so amazing that we have all said we will never book with anyone but Japan Ski Experience again. It is always a bit stressful booking on behalf of a larger group, but from the moment I first made enquiries to the moment we were dropped off at the train station at the end of the trip nothing was ever too much trouble. Everything we asked for was done from luggage drop offs, ski rental drop offs, grocery pick ups, Snow Monkey tour, personal return of a lost phone (thankyou!!), booking help with taxis etc etc. The list goes on. As a novice going on his first ski trip, Japan ski experience helps me alot on my logistic and preparation for this trip. Any questions I have was promptly answered and helpful suggestion was also given to assist me. I would highly recommend Japan ski experience to anyone looking for a great winter holiday in Japan! Booking process easily managed even though we changed dates and booked with different group sizes. Moving from a 3bed to a 5bed house mid way was seamless. Ski Japan managed logistics on the ground and where fantastic, helping us out when snow caused the train to be cancelled.

Excellent experience helping us not only book the right accommodation and transport for us (beautiful studio room with private coach on arrival and bus on departure) but also coordinated things and checked in along the way so when our flights got changed we still had a taxi and when we were leaving our hotel got us right to the bus stop right on time. great experience 10/10 can't recommend highly enough!
