33cm of new snow has been recorded, one of the biggest dumps of the 2022-23 Japan ski season so far! All too often this kind of snow means grey skies but today the sun has come out which means the perfect combination of cold temps (-9c at 8am), fresh powder snow, blue skies and sunshine! It feels like one of those days where wherever you go, you will have a great time. So get out there and enjoy those turns! Oh, and there is a LOT more snow to come, with Saturday evening in particular looking like the bringer of snowmageddon!!!!
