16cm of light dry snow has been recorded since yesterday, and brings the season total up to 5m recorded by our Niseko Snow Report. Strong winds mean a lot more has fallen but not been recorded. It is very cold out there, currently -9c at our snow station, but around double that on the mountain when factoring in altitude and wind chill. Tomorrow looks like being the windiest day of them all so a good couple of days to enjoy the deep snow on the lower sections of the resort, or check out the lift status at Rusutsu which can be the perfect alternative to Niseko on stormy days!
