Private Transfers
Enjoy ultimate comfort during your transfers from New Chitose Airport and Rusutsu Resort with our private charters.
The driver will meet you at the arrival gates upon your arrival at New Chitose Airport or at a predetermined location in Sapporo City and bring you directly to the doorsteps of your accommodation in Rusutsu. This is the perfect option if you have a lot of luggage or for a couple looking for a quick and convenient transfer between Sapporo and Rusutsu.
Sapporo to Rusutsu transfers take approximately 2 hours depending on weather and road conditions. Additional stops can be arranged at an extra cost and must be confirmed at the time of booking. For departure transfers, the pick-up time will be at least 3 hours prior to the flight time if domestic and 4 hours if international.
The capacity of each vehicle type is based on the expected baggage per passenger (1 carry-on and 1 check-in luggage). Please note that not all vehicles can store ski/snowboard bags. We will confirm the vehicle size and price at the time of booking.

- 1-3 people – ¥31,000
- 4-8 people – ¥39,000
- 9-15 people – ¥79,000
Rates are per car per way.
Public Transfers
Our return bus transfers operate between New Chitose Airport and main accommodations in Rusutsu, offering you a hassle-free journey to your ski holiday destination.
Bus transfers are suitable for flights that:
- Arrive prior to 18:25 (international) / 19:00 (domestic)
- Depart after 12:45 (international) / 11:40 (domestic)
Coach departure times will be aligned to your flight information and are based on minimum connection times. Guests who have flights that do not align with coach departure times will be required to upgrade to private transfer.
Children 0-2 travel free of charge (no seat).
