A festive 22cm of fresh snow has fallen in Niseko since yesterday which is the perfect late Christmas present for those who were too busy eating, drinking and being merry on Christmas day! It is still a little on the warmer side for Niseko with the temperature hovering just above freezing at 176m at 8am this morning, but it was a little cooler at the Niseko accommodation base of Hirafu Village, and higher up the mountain snow conditions will be great with plenty of fresh stashes for all levels of ability.
