10cm of new snowfall has been added to the rally for the season and the temperature at 8am this morning was -8c. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, there was a LOT more than 10cm of snowfall in the past 24 hours. When we caught a glance at the gauge the night before we took the reading, there was more snow on it which was subsequently blown away. The winds died down by the morning though and more snow is expected throughout the day. Time to get up the mountain and find out where all the powder was blown to yesterday!
