Hakuba Iwatake Ski Resort is about to get another amazing attraction. Construction has begun on the new Hakuba Hitotoki-no-Mori viewing platform and observation area, set to open in October of 2021.
Located at 1,100 metres above sea level, visitors will get to enjoy stunning panoramic views of the northern Japan Alps, Karamtsuzawa Glacier, as well as be able to gaze out onto the rural Hakuba scenery below. Visitors can also enjoy a scone and tea latte at the new CHAVATY Hakuba tea shop, located within the new building.

Visitors can access the viewing platform via the Hakuba Iwatake Gondola.
