Had domestic flight delays from Tokyo to New Chitose from bad weather, Bus transfers from New Chitose to Niseko needed amending at very late notice. Japan Ski Experience arranged for new private transfers at additional cost but refunded bus transfers. Made my delays more reassuring. Quick email replies. Much appreciated service for a solo traveler
