About Hanazono

Hanazono is located at the north-east face of Mount Annupuri. The base area is compact and centred around the main lifts, with no real village strip to speak of, making it a quiet and convenient alternative to Hirafu.

Accommodation options are limited compared to the other Niseko areas, but what is here tends toward the upper end of the market, with ski-in/ski-out hotels and a small number of private chalets. For dining and nightlife beyond the base area, Hirafu is a short shuttle ride away, and Kutchan town is around ten minutes by taxi.
