Yotei and allows the natural sunlight to spill in. Kizuna deluxe apartments are located on floors 2 and 3 and offer partial Mt. Yotei and ski hill views, while the premium apartments are located on floors 4 and 5 and showcase Mt. Yotei. The majestic 3 bedroom Penthouse apartment is a split-level apartment taking up the 6th and 7th floors and is accessed through a direct elevator. With panoramic windows the Yotei views from the 3 bedroom penthouse apartment are some of the best in the village. Kizuna apartments are situated in Niseko’s Upper Hirafu Village, no more than 5 minutes walk to Grand Hirafu’s Ace Family Pair Lift in one direction and 10 minutes walk to the Hirafu Gondola in the other direction. Sitting adjacent to a nature creek reserve, these beautiful Upper Hirafu Village apartments have protected views of Niseko’s Mt. Yotei on the higher floors. With a prime Upper Hirafu Village location, Kizuna is also easy walking distance to all amenities including shops, supermarkets, and ATM. The location is also just a short stride to excellent restaurants including Kamimura, Ryunabe, and Jam Cafebar. The complimentary Hanazono bus stops just a few metres from the door and a 10-15 minute bus or taxi ride will take you to the major supermarkets in Kutchan town.

Stay was happy and pleasant. Location was good. Please remove the pendant lights in the living room. They serve no lighting purpose, and only made sure that anyone walking or getting up from the sofas would be hit in the head!

The Kizuna is a very smart building and the penthouse is ideal for the six of us. The beautiful view of the volcano is often lost in the snow but the snow is why we come. The location is a good compromise for the shops, restaurants and slopes. The shuttle bus in the morning was very much appreciated.
