The expansive Niseko house’s entrance level main floor is where you will find the main communal part of the chalet with several plush seating areas (one around a gas fireplace and flat screen television), dining room table and cool breakfast bar where you can sit and gaze out through the window to the village below.  Opposite the dining area is the fully-renovated kitchen, complete with induction cooktop, oven and microwave, dishwasher, and wine fridge.  The main floor also features laundry facilities as well as two bathrooms (one with a tub).  Behind the kitchen is one double bedroom, as well as a sofa area with TV and fireplace which is tucked away, offering yet another place to unwind and relax.  There are also laundry facilities located on this floor.

On Greystone’s second floor are the remaining 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are fixed doubles, 3 which offer the option of twin or double configurations, and the last bedroom which has 3 x bunk beds.  There are another 2 sets of TV areas with sofas offering plenty of opportunities for smaller groups to spread out.  The 2nd floor also has 4 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite with bedrooms.  In the spacious basement area you will find two hinoki (wooden tub) expansive onsen-style bathrooms, which is the highlight of this property.  There is also the 7th bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, ski locker and dry room. As the name suggests, the grey stone tiles are a prominent feature of the house, and combined with the dark timber and soft lighting provide a wonderful ambiance throughout the entire chalet.
