Forest Estate Niseko is a trio of 3-bedroom modern homes, each of which offers direct unimpeded views of Mount Yotei. Nestled in a convenient pocket of Middle Hirafu Village and offering a modern, open and airy design at a reasonable price, these lovely homes are a popular choice for many guests returning to ski in Niseko. A great deal of care was put into the design and interiors of each Forest Estate Niseko home, and it shows in the details. Each home has 3m wide windows with a framed view of Niseko’s Mt. Yotei, one of the most striking things about the living room / dining room area. The fittings and furnishings are of a high quality, with full designer kitchens, sleek bedrooms, high ceilings and open-plan living and dining rooms.

Stepping inside you will find a small flat area for shoe and jacket storage (genkan) so you don’t need to worry about clutter elsewhere. Follow the steps downstairs to the sleeping level where you will find sizeable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + additional toilet. The master bedroom (located on either the lower level or main level) has an adjoining ensuite bathroom and all bedrooms offer the choice of a king bed or two singles, offering convenience for all different types of groups. Each bedroom looks out onto Hirafu Village below. On the same level you will find a drying room and ski storage area, which is accessible from the outside. Follow the steps up to the second level where you will find an expansive open area with kitchen, living room area and dining area. One of the most stunning features is the floor-to-ceiling windows framing Mt. Yotei in the background. Each Forest Estate Niseko house has WiFi internet, satellite TV and DVD players, as well as laundry with washer, dryer and ironing board. These Niseko 3 bedroom homes can sleep up to 7 guests, 6 at the standard rate and one more guest on a futon for an additional fee. Offering exceptional value for money given the quality and location of these Niseko homes, it is not surprising that Forest Estate is so popular.

Nestled on the edge of a bluff which allows for splendid Mt. Yotei views, Forest Estate Niseko homes are located at the bottom of Middle Hirafu Village, just 7 minutes’ walk to the lifts. The location is kind of perfect because you are close enough to a number of Niseko restaurants (all accessible within a couple of minutes on foot on the nearby Momiji Zaka ztreet) yet with the bluff offers tons of privacy and a the feel of a real alpine retreat. You can also reach the shops of Upper Hirafu Village easily, just a short walk up the road. As if that’s not enough, the shuttle bus stop is right at the doorstep offering Forest Estate Niseko guests immediate and easy door-to-door access to other parts of Hirafu Village and other Niseko United resorts.

Really pleased with this place. Accommodation was first class. Three large bedrooms and enormous kitchen lounge. 2 mins walk to free shuttle which we got to either Hanazono or Vale every day.

Excellent apartment amenities were great and is close to shuttle stop number four , only a short walk down to three restaurants and the onsen can highly recommend.

This is my second time staying at Forest Estate. The rooms are large and the apartment has been well kept in general. The view from the living room is fantastic. However, this time round, the moldy smell in the lower floor bathroom has became very obvious, so that needs some improvement. In general, we are quite satisfied with the apartment.
