LOCATION

Powderhouse is located in a quiet area, near the foothills of Hakuba 47 resort and away from hustle and bustle of Happo’s central hub.  From Powderhouse, you’ll be within minutes driving distance to Hakuba’s most popular resorts including Hakuba Goryu which is interconnected with Hakuba 47 ski resort (2-4 minute drive away) and Hakuba Happo One resort (10-12 minute drive away), all offering a fantastic range of terrain suitable for beginners to expert level skiers and snowboarders. If you are looking for ski lessons to freshen up or improve your skills on the slopes, you will have easy access to Hakuba Snow Sports School, a reputable ski school with qualified English speaking instructors operating out of Goryu Iimori resort.

With the use of your own private vehicle, Powderouse is a fantastic base from which to experience Hakuba’s less crowded resorts, such as Iwatake and Tsugaike – just a 15-20 minute drive away, with free parking.
