Sunil, Paul, Daniel and the front desk team were so helpful, friendly, personable and courteous. Nishikawa had incredible patience with our young kids and they were so sad they couldnt give him their hand drawn thank you card on our last day as it was his day off! He was an incredible presence for us. And the drivers were sensational including Jacob, Joshua, Gerard, Yuki, Yo and Adrian/AJ (?). There were more that we cannot name but they all contributed to our super memorable and positive trip! The service was responsive and sensational and we felt very well looked after as a family and not just a room number. We definitely want to return next year! Amanda, Jarvis, Stryder and Katana
