the hotel was lovely staff was friendly the rooms were very clean and spacious and the location was great

Great hotel, newly renovated rooms. Only bad was the bathroom sink which is too small to even wash hands at such a weird angle. Breakfast is the same everyday though so if you’re staying for multiple nights then be prepared to eat the same thing everyday although they were basic and good. I didn’t use the onsen as several times I went to check out, there were lots of people who didn’t follow onsen rules/etiquette.
