Everything went well from the booking process to the stuff that really matters on the ground. The bus to the resort was organised and the transfer from bus to hotel was seamless. Lift tickets were waiting at the hotel at check-in. The hotel met expectations in all ways. The staff just so helpful! Ski school for a newby by went so well. Parallel in 5 days and can’t ask for more than that. Heading back home after the holiday went just as well. The service by the Japan Ski Experience team was exceptional. We will do this again with confidence. Hope the powder is just as deep each day…
