The service I received from Japan Ski Experience was fantastic! This was my first trip to Japan and I had so many questions that were all answered by Ai Tomizawa in a very helpful, polite and informative manner. Some questions were not even about my ski experience but Ai was able to give me some tips with transport from Tokyo as well. I felt I could always contact Ai and it was so reassuring. Ai recommended Villa Antelope in Hakuba for our group and it was perfect.
