Japan Ski Experience was very easy to work with. All of my enquiries were responded to very quickly and personally. Duncan was my main point of contact and he was very friendly and helpful. And the website that I used to arrange for all components of our trip (lift tickets, ski school, transport, etc.) was user friendly and efficient.
