Overall, the experience was great. Fast response before and during my stay whenever I have questions. One additional thing is my friend had a personal package to be delivered and the staff were super helpful in providing details for delivery.
The apartment was well kept except I noticed some cutlery wasn’t clean.
We stayed at the studio with two single beds. The only thing was with the shower, where you can’t have the water ran too strong as it would make the area outside the shower wet.
One last thing to improve the experience was pickup. My shuttle bus arrived 15 min late at the welcome center and my driver left. It was late at night at 9ish pm and I was a bit helpless to figure out how to get to the apartment with two suitcases. Glad that my contact was reachable via email and quickly asked the driver to come back to pick up.
It will be much appreciated if the driver didn’t leave just because the shuttle was late.
