Duncan and Justine were EXCELLENT and there to help with every question that we had. We are Super happy with the service that we received. The Setsumon was a lovely apartment and worked so well for us. Nice and spacious and clean. It was well positioned for easy access to the slopes. We would definitely be very keen to use Japan Ski Experience again for our next holiday. Thank you
