Our experience booking through Japan Ski Experience was excellent. It was the first time we had travelled to Japan with our 4 children to ski so I was very unfamiliar with the different resorts and logistics. Our consultant Ai was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient making our reservations for accommodation, tour, ski lessons and equipment hire. I would have no hesitation in recommending JSE and would definitely use them again.
