We found Japan ski easy to deal with and the website is quite informative with all the option list. They are reliable as we were met at the airport (albeit a few of us arriving on different flights). The ground team provided great service (getting us to the apartment, picking us up again during departure and arranging the bag deliver services as well). Overall, we are happy with the service. Will definitely book with Japan ski again on the next winter trip.
