All arrangements were made perfectly, from transfers to cottage and return to airport, equipment rental, ski passes. Both Duncan and Molly were friendly. Recommended the right accommodation for my family and friends. Really enjoyed this trip. Would definitely book again through JSE if we ever decide to go skiing in Hokkaido.
