We were met promptly at the airport and given very good instructions on what to expect. Our host was very kind and considerate in pointing us to ATM machines etc before we left for Niseko. Upon arrival at our accommodation at Mukashi Mukashi we were met by Molly who was waiting for us and gave us a very knowledgeable and thorough briefing while efficiently organising our arrival paperwork. Upon leaving, Ben was on time for our transfer and assisted us with our baggage while being very patient as we organised the 8 adults and four small children for the transfer back to Sapporo. all in all it was a very pleasant and memorable experience. Thank you very much Japan Ski Experience. we will highly recommend you to our friends.
