The consultants at Japan Ski Experience were excellent. Very polite and easy to deal with. Even better, they secured much cheaper prices for accommodation for us (at the same hotels) than the New Zealand based travel consultant we had originally used.
They were very knowledgeable about which resorts would suit us best and found us a perfect hotel that we would definitely stay at again. They also arranged all our ski rental and transfers. It was very seamless.
