Our consultant Sarah was extremely helpful for every aspect of our trip – accommodation, location information, bus bookings, and lift pass bookings… You name it, she had it covered! This made our first trip to Japan extremely easy, and all the more amazing. The time distance between Australia and the UK was never an issue either, with all correspondence over email and very prompt.
