Every thing was very well organised, staff are always on hand to help and have been very accommodating. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars was because we were charged a cancellation for changing our transfer (when we weren't really cancelling). Even though this is probably a charge Japan Ski Experience couldn't control, I would hope an organisation this this size could would result in a charge not being incurred. Also in previous years we have had prices charged in local currencies, this would have been a useful feature to have kept on the site.
