Japan Ski Experience were amazingly helpful with all queries I had prior to arrival, including asking questions of our Hakuba accommodation owner, providing extensive details on lift passes and transportation options and all questions were answered promptly. I can highly recommend using Japan Ski Experience for booking a Hakuba holiday and we will certainly use them again if we travel to Japan.
