The service was very good. Booking through your company was easy. However, it wasn't always consistent with morning transport from the MUSE. Sometimes the driver would peek and wouldn't see us waiting in the lobby area. Other times the driver would say we have to meet at the front of the North Face shop. The apartment 301 Muse – could have more lighting – it's very dim. Also, the pillows were not comfortable. But everytime we called the concierge, they were very helpful.
