Booking through Japan Ski Experience took all the guesswork out of transfers and timings. At the last minute we had to change a transfer and the Japan Ski Experience team were easy to reach and made our changes quickly. The communication along the way with travel documents and reminders was excellent. Will always use Japan Ski Experience when visiting Niseko.
