We are delighted to announce that we will be attending the UK’s National Snow Week at both show locations in October in partnership with the Ski Club of Great Britain. By visiting us at the UK’s National Snow Show, not only will you get to learn more about the powder paradises of Japan but also a chance to win a free 7 night stay in Furano, staying at newly opened premium condominium complex, Fenix West! Furano is Hokkaido’s most up-and-coming ski resort famed for its otherworldly soft and dry ‘champagne snow’ and incredible range of on-piste and off-piste terrains. Best of luck!

EVENT DETAILS

The UK’s National Snow Week is made up of 2 events:

Birmingham Snow Show (NEC), 14 – 15 October – Japan Ski Experience will exhibit at stand I50
London Snow Show (ExCeL), 21 – 22 October – Japan Ski Experience will exhibit at stand D30, together with the Ski Club of Great Britain

COMPETITION PRIZE

In partnership with the Ski Club of Great Britain, Japan Ski Experience is offering the opportunity to win a free stay at newly built premium condominium hotel, Fenix West, located at the foot of Furano’s Kitanomine slopes.

To enter the competition, just stop by our stands and fill out a competition entry form. Winners will be announced at in the days after the National Snow Week. The prize includes the following, for a group of 2 people:

7-night stay at Furano’s Fenix West
6-day Furano lift passes
Transfers between Sapporo CTS Airport and accommodation
A tailor-made itinerary, advice, and support from the Japan Ski Experience team

Please note flights to Japan are not included.

COMPETITION DETAILS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This competition is promoted by Japan Ski Experience Ltd. and the Ski Club of Great Britain.

Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Japan Ski Experience, The Ski Club of Great Britain and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisations or judging of the competition.
Entry Period
The competition will operate during the National Snow Week on 14th – 15th October 2023 and on 21st – 22nd October 2023. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must visit the Japan Ski Experience of Ski Club of Great Britain stands at National Snow Week and complete the entry form. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries received from a location other than the National Snow Week exhibition centers will not be considered.
Prize Details
The prize includes 7 nights stay at Fenix West, Furano, return airport transfers, 6 days of Furano lift passes and a tailor made holiday itinerary provided by the Japan Ski Experience team for a group of 2 people. Please note, flights are not included. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
Prize Dates
Dates are flexible outside of peak holiday travel dates (Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year), subject to availability at Fenix West. Dates must be agreed upon and confirmed within one week of the winner being announced, and from that point cannot be amended.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by 25th October. The winner will be notified by email and / or telephone upon selection. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. If the winner cannot formally accept the prize within 7 days of notification, we also reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner
Publicity
By entering this competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the competition, including but not limited to social media and promotional materials.
Data Protection
Any personal data relating to participants will be used confidentially by Japan Ski Experience and the Ski Club of Great Britain. By entering this competition, participants consent to provide their email address and any other necessary information for the purpose of receiving newsletters from Japan Ski Experience and the Ski Club of Great Britain. You have the right to opt-out or unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email you receive from us. We respect your privacy, and your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these terms and conditions or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
Changes
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
Liability
Japan Ski Experience and The Ski Club of Great Britain shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the winner as a result of accepting the prize.
Governing Law
This competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
