It’s a very cold morning in Niseko with a low, low temperature of -17ºc at 7:30am! Combined with a nice top of 14cm of new snow in the last 24 hours, the cold temperatures should mean fantastic powder conditions on the mountain. Just make sure to layer up and wear an extra pair of thermals if you are skiing or snowboarding today; it will be even colder the higher up you go!
Niseko night skiing started last night and conditions were fantastic! Photo taken on Niseko Grand Hirafu’s Center 4 ski lift.
The JSE Powder Report is new for Winter 2020-21 so keep checking in with us for daily updates! Our snow station is located in Niseko Hirafu at an elevation of 210m above sea level. For a well established snow report in a different Niseko location we recommend comparing snowfall readings with 360niseko.
