Combining contemporary Japanese design with the Northern European influences, and located in a quiet part of Annupuri resort, the twin Shakuzen Niseko chalets Mori and Kawa are wonderfully quiet and luxurious retreats. The 3 bedroom Annupuri chalets are perfect for groups up to 9. Bordering an idyllic mountain stream, Shakuzen is nestled within Hokkaido’s birch and oak forest, and the surrounding Hokkaido forest is captured through window “snapshots”, which will become the ever changing wall art. Each of the 3 bedroom/2 bathroom chalets can comfortably sleep 9 guests. The large living room on the second floor is spacious under vaulted ceilings, with multiple areas to sit and chat, including an oversized bay window to curl up and read a book. For the kid’s enjoyment, the large bunk room has its own media area, and a pull out bed under the bottom bunk, so the room can sleep 5 people. For larger groups and multiple families, we suggest to book both Shakuzen chalets, capable of sleeping 18 people in total and providing one of the most spacious places to stay in Niseko.

It is recommended that guests staying at Shakuzen chalets hire a vehicle for the duration of their stay to easily get around to the resort areas and explore the local area.
