Roku Niseko is located at Kabayama. Just keep walking out of Hirafu Village past the Vale and after 700 metres you will reach the apartments. Roku Niseko offers a wonderful location for travellers who enjoy a beautifully tranquil and more secluded location with stunning view of Mt. Yotei and the surrounding area.

Roku Apartments were an absolute gem. We were amazed at how well provisioned the entire place was. It had everything and more than we needed for our ski holiday. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for us to open up our luggages and lounge around too! Would definitely come back here when we are back in Hirafu.

A beautiful stylish brand new apartment with all the necessary items required to make a perfect ski holiday in Niseko. The apartment was kept at a good warm temperature despite the wintery conditions outside. As we had a young baby with us we made use of the modern kitchen and was able to enjoy homemade meals with the fully equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and we were supplied with plenty of bedding. We were accommodated in Roku 101 and this is perfect for a small family. The only negative was the ceiling is a little thin and upstairs clearly had a family of very excited children who ran around the apartment upstairs which made loud thumping noises below. Also being a brand new apartment, Roku was difficult to find as it did not appear on Google Map and we had to ask around for instructions to find the location.

Great place we enjoyed our stay. Only small complaint was no coffee there was a Nespresso machine but no pods and no where to buy them. We were given some coffee for a filter/plunger but there was neither in the apartment
