Ro-An is a beautiful villa perfect for our group of 11 people including two small children. The villa is beautifully built and the detailed wood work is a joy to look at. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need in great quantity. The kitchen, sitting and dining are is all combined in a very big area perfect for a large group with beautiful views. It is one of the most enjoyable villas we have stayed in. We did have problem with hot water in the shower downstairs and this could have has something to do with the lovely onsen. There is very good storage for skis and boots when you get back in the afternoon. The location of the villa is a bit too far away from the lifts to walk and the bus services can be unreliable and were mostly quite chaotic. The style of buses are not suitable for skiers and equipment nor for families with pushchairs. We found the grocery stores in Niseko to be limited, which made cooking in the villa difficult. And again you needed to rely on the bus service. The skiing across the mountain is very good with lots of variety. We were very lucky with the weather and had both plenty of snow and a good deal of sunshine. The mountain was busy, so we had to be quite careful when choosing where to ski to avoid the crowds.
