Excellent location, good size for 2 families of four. Clean and warm, although one heater was not working, another over heating. Bedside lights would have been a nice touch. Overall a good experience, would book again.

Good amenities. Would prefer if cleaning service was available daily or on demand. Else very happy with accommodation.

Clean and net but location wise, not too close to the lift hence may have challenge to catch a bus for a big group.

The chalet is located in very near to Hakuba one ski field. The time for the transportation is very short. The interior design and the equipment are beautiful. The space is big and we will come back definitely.

The chalet is very good for Families. Shuttle service could be explained a little better as its the only option to get around. Perhaps the group could offer a private lift drop off shuttle option from door to lift each morning even if its cost a small fee and was suitable for 8 people.
