The service provided by Ai Tomizawa was really good in answering my questions and organising our ski experience. Our accommodation in Hakuba at Hakuba Grand Apartments was excellent (lovely, large, well equipped 2 bedroom apartment, very well located walking distance to ski lifts). The manager Dave (and his assistant Takami?) were really helpful and it was so convenient to have them drive us around in their own shuttle. The lift passes and ski hire all worked very smoothly. The Snow Monkey tour with our American guide (John?) was really great. Thankyou!
