Booking was made professionally and efficiently. Our flight was delayed for 4 hours due to mechanical issues. We contacted Japan Ski Experience(JSE), they in turn arranged a private shuttle from Chitose airport to Niseko at no extra charge. The hotel suggested was wonderful (Shiki Niseko) , walked to ski bus, restaurants, bars, a very convenient location… Yes, we had a wonderful time in Niseko, and definitely will book with JSE again…
