I was slightly skeptical at first, was slightly suss with booking a holiday with a company who's office wasn't based in Australia. But this honestly had to have been the easiest holiday I've ever been on. Japan Ski Experience take away all the pain points, they meet you at the airport, ensure that you get on the correct bus, and then meet you at the welcome centre to take you to your accommodation. They were literally at the bus door greeting me, so I didn't even have t go and find them.
Next time I go to Japan I'll definitely be booking with them once again.
