This is my second trip JSE, trip was organised with no fuss.. Only issue was when we arrived at Hakuba bus terminal..there was no transfer waiting for the chalet. Apparently, there was a miscommunication as to where we were to get off the bus .
The issue was resolved with a quick phone call by the friendly staff at the bus terminal to the chalet .
