The staff was very good understanding ofthe area. The accommadation had everything that was needed. However was from my room I could hear the people talking upstairs. There is no soundproofing from unit to unit. Extremely noise. As a contractor the building is very poorly built for what its being used for and the price.
Having said this we were impressed with Ski Japan, and would like to come back next year [ last week of Jan.,2018 and 1st week of Feb.2018] and are hoping that you can give us a good discount rate given the price we paid last time and the noise we endured.
