Very comfortable, livable and clean. the size is right for our family of 4. The laundry area, kitchen (with utensils) and toiletries are just too good. Location is right in middle of restaurants, ski lifts (300m upslope walk) and convenience stores. be nice if the free shuttle bus stops nearby…

Compact 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with living / dining / kitchen equipped for a family of 4.
Roomy apartment. Kitchen well stocked with cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc. Instructions also given for appliances in English (Japanese on the remote, washing machine). Cleaning staff were efficient. Heating was adequate. Rooms were decent sizes. Overall, a good apartment to stay in.

Great accommodations while staying in Hirafu. The 2 bedroom unit is cozy and suited our family of four perfectly. Convenient location and walkable to the shuttle, food trucks, Seicomart, onsen, restaurants, etc. Laundry and drying room appreciated at the end of a long day.
The place wasn’t clean enough and some of us have dust allergies. The staff did try to help in a responsible time, but wouldn’t stay again in there because the cleaners didn’t maintain well the apartment.
Great accomodation option for our family of 6, good size living area and bedrooms, easy walk to the ski lift and well priced and provided all we needed. Great location close to the best parts of Niseko. Loved staying here.
