Excellent location, great rooms and friendly staff.
Location excellent and room was nice. Staff are great, but the lockers are cold so anything left overnight doesn’t get dry.
Lovely and cozy hotel located at the heart of Upper Hirafu. Superb service and really convenience to have the ski shop right on the spot. Look forward to come back soon for another stay with family.
