The whole process from start to finish was seamless… Sarah and Ai made finding the perfect place in Hakuba a cinch and supported us every step of the way… The Sierra Resort Hotel they recommended was absolutely five-star… We’re already planning our next trip and will definitely book with Japan Ski Experience again.

Aloha!… JSE made the entire trip to Hakuba extremely easy… They contacted Mountain Side Hakuba ahead of our arrival… The 3-bedroom apartment was amazing and the staff went well beyond our expectations to ensure our stay was epic… Having used JSE for two Japan trips already, we shall continue to use JSE for any future Japan trips.
