Alpinarc Chalet Hakuba enjoys an excellent location on a quiet street just steps from Echoland’s main strip where you’ll find a myriad of Hakuba restaurants, shops, cafes and the bus terminal just a short stroll away. Echoland is Hakuba’s popular apres ski dining and accommodation district. Home to the largest concentration of excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all located together in one small area, it is very easy to walk from Alpinarc Chalet and enjoy everything on offer. Whether you are looking for a traditional Japanese izakaya, Korean BBQ, sushi or the best coffee in town, you’ll find it all on Echoland’s main street. There’s also a large Central Snowsports equipment shop. Echoland offers a fantastic base from which to explore Hakuba Japan. Nestled in between Hakuba 47 and Happo One ski areas, the ski lifts can be accessed easily by free shuttle bus or rental vehicle. This makes Alpinarc Chalet Echoland a fantastic base from which to experience Hakuba’s lesser known resorts, such as Iwatake and Tsugaike – just a 10-15 minute drive away, with free parking.
