Japan Ski Experience has been named Accommodation Specialist of the Year 2025 for Hokkaido at the Travel & Hospitality Awards, which recognise businesses demonstrating excellence across the travel industry.
Winners are selected through an independent judging process that considers service quality, customer satisfaction, innovation and overall reputation. This year, the judging panel recognised the depth of our Furano, Rusutsu and Niseko accommodation portfolio, our seamless end-to-end booking service, and our long-standing partnerships with local property managers, enabling us to secure competitive rates while providing guests with expert support throughout their stay.

A Year of Award-Winning Recognition
This latest recognition follows a series of awards for Japan Ski Experience in 2025, including honours at the World Ski Awards, Ski Asia Awards, Little Steps Asia Awards and the TDM Travel Trade Excellence Awards, as well as being named World’s Best Ski Travel Agent to Japan 2025.
Japan Ski Experience’s roots are in Niseko, where co-founder Ben Thorpe lived and worked before establishing the company with Lindsay Colbert in 2007.
