Nagano Snow Shuttle – Narita Airport to Hakuba
Resort shuttle bus between Tokyo’s Narita Airport and Hakuba Resort. Departs once per day at 8pm (Narita) and 10:30am (Hakuba).

Hakuba Lift Passes

The Hakuba All Mountain Lift Pass grants you access to all 9 ski resorts in Hakuba: Happo One, Hakuba 47, Hakuba Goryu, Sanosaka, Norikura, Tsugaike, Hakuba Cortina, Minetaka and Iwatake. Passes are valid for any one resort per day.

Hakuba Rental Equipment
Central Snowsports is located in the central Happo village area, just 50 meters from the Happo ski resort Gondola Station. Central Snowsports offers the best and newest range of ski and snowboard equipment in Hakuba for adults and children. Central offers free guest shuttle to and from your accommodation, expert fitting and free equipment pick up at the end of your stay.

Hakuba Private Lessons
Operating in Hakuba for over 10 years and based at Happo One ski resort, Evergreen Outdoor Center offer ski and snowboard lessons with professional English speaking instructors. The lessons cater for children and adults, and cover a variety of skill levels, from beginner through to advanced.

Hakuba Group Lessons
Specializing in small class sizes, the Evergreen Hakuba group lessons offer a smooth transition from total beginner through to advanced skier. Group classes are separated into 4 levels with each class working on skills specific to that level.

Hakuba Snow Monkey Park & Zenkoji Temple Day Tour
Full day excursion to the world famous Jigokudani “Monkey Hotsprings”, home to about 200 wild Japanese monkeys who spend their days soaking in natural hot springs. Following the monkey park, travel to the historical town of Obuse, home to the Masuichi-Ichimura Sake Brewery, where you’ll have a delicious Japanese set lunch and time for sightseeing. After lunch head to the national treasure of Zenkoji Temple in Nagano city, a 1400 year-old temple complex, home to the first image of Buddha brought to Japan.This is a full day tour departing at 8am and arriving back in Hakuba at 5:30pm.

Bus departure at 8am for Yudanaka Onsen. Bus ride takes approximately 1.5 hours, with rest stop. Learn all about the surrounding villages, architecture and history of Nagano prefecture as you drive through hundred-year old farmhouses. |

Visit the world famous Japanese Macaque “snow monkeys”. Once the bus arrives in the Yudanaka area, it is a 30 minute walk through the forest to the entry of the onsen park. Meander through beautiful Japanese cedars and through picturesque scenery. See monkeys bathing in open-water hot springs. |

After working up an appetite, you board the bus and are taken to the historic post town of Obuse, home of the Masuichi-Ichimura Sake Brewery for a delicious Japanese set menu hot lunch. After lunch, spend some time exploring the old town, visiting the famous Hokusai museum, and shopping for traditional sake. |

Head back to the bus and drive to Nagano city’s famous Zenkouji temple, one of the most magnificant temple complexes in all of Japan, consisting of 39 buildings. The quaint road leading up to the temple complex is speckled with vendors selling traditional souvenirs, delicious food and snacks, and you can even purchase your fortune. Spend 1-1.5 hours walking around the temple grounds before re-boarding the bus and heading back to Hakuba. Arrive back in Hakuba around 5:30pm. |
